By accessing or using the HFC Shield website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services Description
HFC Shield, operated by HFC HOLDINGS INC., provides security systems, access control, on-site security personnel, safety equipment, and risk assessment services in Clarksville, Ohio and surrounding areas. All services are performed under written agreement.
Service Agreements
- All ongoing security services require a signed service agreement.
- Equipment leases and monitoring contracts have specified terms and conditions.
- Early termination of monitoring or service contracts may incur fees as specified in the agreement.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in the service agreement or invoice.
- Equipment purchases require payment at the time of installation unless financing is arranged.
- Monitoring fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed.
Liability
- HFC HOLDINGS INC. maintains comprehensive liability and workers compensation insurance.
- Liability for security system performance is governed by the service agreement.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from equipment failure caused by power outages, internet disruptions, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clinton County, Ohio.
